Through almost one whole year of traveling and food adventures, this blog always made sure to carry along Sago and include him in the photos. In the same way, Cebu Pacific has seem to caught on the observance of an increasing number of Wandering Juans with their flip flops (slippers; tsinelas).

Noticing this new trend of adventure seekers and travelers, Cebu Pacific recently launched “The Wandering Juan.” It tried to define the new class of Pinoy travelers who is forever outgoing and naturally friendly. More than that, you would often see them equipped with digital cameras on hand and clad with the most ordinary of slippers on their feet saying “I am here.”

With this in mind, the Wandering Juan travel journal photo contest aims to encourage more travel experiences by tagging along your favorite pair of tsinelas the next time you take a trip anywhere and take photos with the tsinelas in them. And if you happen to be taking the route via Cebu Pacific, why not take the chance of being an official Wandering Juan yourself as well!

Join the Wandering Juan photo contest by submitting your travel photos featuring your simple flip-flops story as a visual journal; just like what I do with Sago. 🙂 And get the chance to win round trip tickets to awesome destinations like Kota Kinabalu in Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore, camera gadgets, and travel item necessities!

Now, I got more reasons to travel and add new islands in my “I’ve been to” list. 🙂 I just got to choose from either wearing my ever-reliable Bench slippers or it’s time to use my brand new Havaianas. 🙂 Haha!

I’m ready to be an official Wandering Juan myself! I’m thinking of either Bohol or Davao, I haven’t been to both of them. But surely, I’m tagging along Sago. Better get him some tiny flip-flops of his own then. Hmmm…..Wandering Sago! Pwede!:)
