When I first heard the name Gran Prix , what  instantly popped into my mind was the Grand Formula 1 Racing. So why does this econotel named after Grand Prix? It is because the owner is also a racing enthusiast  and named his new business venture after  the  “Grand Prix”.

Yesterday, I had the chance to lodge in their Cubao branch, nicely situated beside Victory Liner Terminal in EDSA Cubao Quezon City. The receptionist was accommodating and enthusiastic in answering all our queries. The two storey econotel has 22 rooms.

You can choose from the following room rates:

1) Economy Room (good for 6 persons) –  Php 375.00/person;
2) Deluxe Room – Php 1,455.00;
3) Superior Room – Php 1,875.00;
4) Deluxe Suite – Php 2,000.00;
5) Family Room (good for 4 persons) – Php 2,330.00 extra person is charged at Php 475.00 and
6) “The Ministay” which is good for 3-5 hours for two persons priced at Php 265.00. If you want to extend time they will charge Php 125.00/hour.

A 24 hour coffee shop named “Hot Cups” is also provided for the guests.

We stayed in their Superior Suite Room which is well lighted, with a nice and inviting bed linen,  refrigerator, LCD TV, perfect and clear cable channels, clean white towels, clean comfort room, and toiletries fairly priced at Php 2,500.00 with free plated breakfast which also applies for deluxe rooms. You can also request extra pillows if you want.

Gran Prix Econotel makes sure that their guest are all safe. Evidence? Fire equipments are every where and you can easily find their fire exits.

I may say Gran Prix Econotel gives the utmost convenience to any of its guest. Economy at its best!
