Grand Riviera Suites’ Manila Bay Sunset

Even if you’re not a poet, perhaps you can write a poem while staring at the Manila Bay Sunset which has become an iconic scenery for the Manila landscape enthusiasts. In a year or two, this shall be the window view from the rising Grand Riviera Suites along Roxas Boulevard.
Do you still remember the time when Manila was a simple urban city void of clutter and traffic? Fast forward to today, the city development has overtaken most of the historic spots and scenery but one thing remained – the Manila Bay Sunset.

The Grand Riviera Suites
Upon invitation, I got to view the showrooms for the Grand Riviera Suites – a high-rise residential; and commercial condominium to rise at the corner of Padre Faura and Roxas Boulevard in Ermita, Manila.
They are offering 1,215 units with a mix of studio and one to three-bedroom units covering a land area of a bit more than 2,000 square meters.

With a modern contemporary project concept and design, there will be 9 commercial units at the ground floor and amenities at the 8th floor plus 199 parking slots.

Aside from the everyday spectacular sunset, the location is also near a wide range of schools, malls, hospitals, government offices, seaport, airport, and thoroughfares.
A unit from Grand Riviera Suites starts at 1.9 million at 98k/sqm.

By Moldex Realty, Inc.
The developer of the Grand Riviera Suites is the decades-old Moldex Realty Inc led by MGOC Chairman Jacinto Uy and son Michael Uy. They are celebrating their 25th or SIlver Anniversary this 2012.
Their horizontal projects and properties in and around Metro Manila includes Metrovilla, Moldex Residences, Heritage Homes, and Metrogate villages and villas (one of which is in Tagaytay).

For vertical projects, The Grand Towers in Manila and the Golden Empire Tower across Grand Riviera Suites are just some of their successful projects.
Photography Workshop
We were also treated to a free photography workshop led by a professional photographer who had a passion for landscape photography – a right mix for that perfect Manila Bay Sunset photo.

The Manila Bay Sunset Photo Contest
As a culminating activity, which we already knew beforehand, we were to take that ‘money shot’ – a single sunset photo – which we think would be worthy for the Manila Bay Sunset Photo Contest hosted by Grand Riviera Suites.

Indeed, “Just beyond the sunset, Lies a home for me” (by David Harris).
Watch out for tomorrow’s update when we will make this more exciting as a treat for our readers!
