Back in the days when I was a working professional, I lived where I work. Meaning when I was employed in Ortigas, I rented a room in nearby Kapitolyo. When I worked in the Makati. I also got a place in the same city in the south. The setup saved me precious and quality time. Now that I’m married, we resided in the less-stressful north neighborhood of Quezon City. But wherever you may be, make sure to live in a neighborhood that inspires, among others.
Welcome to the Neighborhood
Let’s Go Sago was recently invited by Avida Land to their showroom in Glorietta where they hosted an informal gathering called “Welcome to the Neighborhood“. It was a whole day event last weekend that celebrated the fresh urban lifestyle, fueled by third wave of creatives and entrepreneurs who are defining new soul into old ideas.
Aside from the photo exhibit of the sights in Quezon City, Tagaytay and NUVALI by promising lensman Lawrence Del Mundo and live art from Dee Jae Paeste, groups and brands that offer innovative lifestyle choices were also present such as Flow Surf Yoga, Beats by Samantha Nicole of Today X Future, and Smarty Plants PH, to name a few.
It was a showcase of the various offerings for those who seek the dynamic energy of the North, and also something for those who crave the relaxed vibe of the South, which is a projection of Avida’s pursuit of a complementary community for every home.
Avida x Grid
As today’s generation is making the big shift when it comes to living preference having more options than ever, they obervably move to the urban core of cities. They now want to settle in neighborhoods where they can live, shop, work and play in utmost convenience, so they can live out their desired lifestyles.
In this regard, Avida Land partners with Grid, a revolutionary magazine for travelers set to find the best experiences and sights that the Philippines has to offer from North to South. In each of these vibrant locations are communities where inspiration thrives, and an Avida home that suits the prevailing lifestyle of the community. In this way, one no longer has to go away in pursuit of enriching experiences because that destination is within the premises of your home.
The partnership kicked-off at the above-mentioned Avida Showroom in Glorietta 4 with “Welcome to the Neighborhood,”
Neighborhood that Inspires
“Welcome to the Neighborhood” will also be held in Avida Showroom NUVALI, Sta. Rosa Laguna on March 20 and at the Avida Showroom in Vertis North, Quezon City on April 9.
Avida makes sure that a secure, vibrant and inspired life is ahead for everyone, and that there is an Avida home for every lifestyle choice. With inspired living at the heart of all that it does, Avida, through Grid, will present its thoughtfully-designed properties in the North and South, in communities that are rich in opportunities and options to match different lifestyles.
