Wow Davao…Food Appreciation Tour

April 29, 2010 – Fresh from the Bonifacio Global City (B.G.C) Summer Passion Fest 2010 Food Tour and Tagaytay food tour, I’m off to Davao this morning for the Davao Food Appreciation Tour (DFAT). I’m now at NAIA terminal three for my 8am flight.

Our Mindanao blogger friends from Davao’s Avatar Media group hosts this year’s adventures. It comprises of a series of foodie trips on Day 1, more physical adventures dominate the second, while the third is resort hopping. 🙂

The waiting time for this activity actually extends from last year’s DFAT where there were too many participants so they had to move a number of bloggers for the next year (this year).

I’m really excited as it’s my first time in Davao and I just got my new spanking Canon SX20IS. It’s basically a point and shoot camera which looks like a DSLR (but is not) and functions almost like one. 🙂

5 pm Zorb (Being strapped inside a big rolling rubber ball)
7 pm Dinner at Pablo’s Steaks & Crabs

3 pm Google Mapping Party – Davao
730 pm Dinner at Lachi’s
9 pm Coffee and Drinks
