After 93 days, 40 travel & food blog posts, 2 print & online media features, and 1 finalist badge in a recent web awards, Let’s Go Sago! is now three months old! A big thanks to you – my blogger friends for your continued support, sponsors, ad clickers and of course – you, my readers!

Surfing in La Union

Sago is celebrating his first quarter milestone with a fund raiser for a student organization in UP Diliman. And he wants you to join in!

Together with UP Parser (the official student publication of UP Diliman-Department of Computer Science), UP Parser Alumni Group, and itsComplicated.i.ph, we bring you “ParSurf” – a weekend beach getaway surfing clinic for beginners/non-surfers. Yes, it’s the actual thing, not the ‘surfing‘ done on the internet =).

It happens on November 22-23, 2008 at the Billabong Surf School, San Juan Beach Resort in San Fernando, La Union. For details of the itinerary, cost, and other information, please click here.

Who Can Come

For security and logistical reasons, the invite is limited to Sago’s friends (and friends of friends) in the blogging world and social networks Plurk, Multiply, and Facebook. This activity would also serve as a diagnostic for a bigger first year anniversary event.
