I was actually amazed at the tagline “Make Your Life a Masterpiece” as the phrase truly evokes elegance and grandeur. This was the key message of New San Jose Builders, Inc., through their newest offering mixed-use commercial condominium – the Victoria Arts and Theater Tower!
This is no usual tower or condominium, mind you. Developed as a prime residential condominium to rise along Timog Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City, the upcoming property intends to pay homage to arts and culture that complements the busy lifestyle of urban Metro Manila.
Victoria Arts and Theater Towe
The Victoria Arts and Theater Tower is set to showcase a modern and artistic façade. It will include a 19-floor podium, 27 residential floors with generously-sized residential and hotel units, and a spacious 6-floor commercial area.
Residential units come in three cuts:
- single unit, (22 sqm)
- combined unit (44 sqm)
- triple combined unit (66 sqm)
*Buyers can even combine more than three units according to unit cut preference.
As its name suggests, the Victoria Arts and Theater Tower will also houses a theater, where residents and visitors can enjoy the visual arts and the rich culture of theatrical presentations.
Other premiere amenities will include a multi purpose hall and a swimming pool; commercial spaces like bars, theaters, studios and an auditorium. On top of the tower will be a sky garden and a helipad.
Moreover, the Manuel L. Quezon University will also be located in the Victoria Arts and Theater Tower’s allotted commercial space, bringing quality education right at the doorsteps of the future residents.
Sensibilities & Convenience
The upcoming condominium property in Quezon City will also be conveniently located near malls, nature parks, museums, major transportation hubs such as the Quezon Avenue MRT and GMA-Kamuning MRT stations, and hospitals like the Philippine Heart Center and Capitol Medical Center as well as government offices such as SSS, LTO, and Quezon City Hall to name a few.
As far as shopping is concerned, residents can indulge their retail fix in the nearby malls such as SM North EDSA, Trinoma, Centris and Fisher Mall.
The newest addition to the Quezon City Skyline will be the first tower that will define arts to be developed by New San Jose Builders, Inc. (NSJBI), a privately-owned developer known for prime residential projects and iconic mega structures such as Ciudad de Victoria in Bocaue and Santa Maria, Bulacan. This complex houses the Philippine Arena, the world’s biggest indoor arena and the Philippine Sports Stadium. Then there’s also the Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar, an admired tourist spot in Bataan that exemplifies Filipino artistry and craftsmanship.
