Taste Of Manila

“Taste of Manila” is an annual exhibition of the country’s leading food caterers, restaurateurs and food concessionaires. Now on it’s sixth year, the Food Caterers Association of the Philippines (FCAP), in cooperation with Kasal.com, will hold the event on May 8 to 10, 2009 at the Megatrade Hall, 5F SM Megamall in Ortigas.

The exhibitors will also be presenting table & buffet set-ups, edible flowers for salads and main courses, entertainment and most importantly food tasting. There would also be a fashion show to showcase crew uniforms.

On the last day, the highlight of Taste of Manila would be the wedding setup, food presentation styles, and of course – the food itself. And since it’s also Mother’s day on Sunday, special treats for moms await participants such as make-overs, pottery, painting, and another fashion show of wedding gowns and party outfits.
