Lakbay Bayan: A Local Tourism Exhibit with Ang Pamabansang T-Shirt

A local tourism exhibit called Lakbay Bayan was launched earlier at SM Mall of Asia with “Ang Pamabansang T-Shirt” by Team Manila. The exhibition of photos and tourism-themed shirts can be found at the first floor of SM Mall of Asia’a Atrium.

They aim to promote local tourism around the Philippines. Information on different sites and destinations like Coron, Sagada, Cebu, Puerto Galera, Bohol and Palawan are exhibited.
A personal travel guide card for Vigan from Mitch Chua says:
“Go thorugh the Heritage Houses and eat Ilocos Empanada at the Plaza.”

Anton Diaz, founder of Our Awesome Planet shares a travel tip for Batanes saying:
“Fundacion Pacita in Batanes is one of those places that you have to visit before you die. Its ‘Wuthering Heights’ experience is heightened, especially with its rooms that have a terrace overlooking the sea…“
While Gigi Lapid has this to say about Manilenyo ‘gastronauts‘ going to Pampanga:
“…for good old rustic Sisig and exotic Adobong Camaro (Mole Cricket)…not only is Pampanga a foodie’s paradise, but it’s also a recreational haven for extreme sports fans and beach combers (Subic is just the place!).“

It’s never too late to travel the Philippines or the world, no matter what age you are in. 🙂
