They recently held a media conference last April 22, 2018 at Solaire Resort to introduce their first project in the Philippines – the Imperial Era Mansion. After the media conference, we proceeded to the opening of their Condominium Showroom and office located at the A Place Building along Coral Way, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.

My friends and i are planning to buy one. We are also a group of engineers and architects. But our only concern is that , what is your assurance of its qualitty? Pasay is a reclaim area. And we heard that almost of your engineers are not licensed? Specially in your Project Managemente team. We all know, that it is the very critical and crucial team. Because they are the holding and approval team. We all know the big difference of a non license to license when it comes to work? Specially, that is a very big project. That is just our concerns. Even our friends who wanted to buy. We have no assurance of the quality. Because your engineers our not license. Hope you wont take this for granted. You are a big company with big projects. It is your cridibility is at stake.
