Canned Cuisines: A Chef Series
Argentina recently held the “Canned Cuisine Chef’s Series” where three expert chefs took the challenge of creating special cuisines using Argentina corned beef.
The Chef Series aims to inspire kitchen creativity by having culinary experts prepare some corned beef creations they could share to consumers.
They were tasked to come up with one easy-to-cook meal recipe and another one which takes a little more effort – a “Weekend Couture Cuisine” using corned beef as the main ingredient.
The chefs in feature are Chef Mia Carla Yan of the Heny Sison Culinary School and Magsaysay Institute of Hospitality and Cullinary Arts, Chef Eugene Raymundo of Five Cows Ice Cream bar and Restaurant, and Chef Sam de Leoz Jr. of the UST-Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management.
Here’s a set of food photo teasers we would expect from out top chefs in the coming three-part feature:
Watch out for the following three-part series of the Argentina Canned Cuisine Chef Series in August where we will share the masterpiece recipes of Chef Mia, Chef Eugene, and Chef Sam in photos and video; including the recipe procedures on how they are prepared.
