Two weeks after the “Seeing Cebu” Travelogue series concluded and 12 days of comment-voting, the “Cebu On A Plate” – the travelogue series part 3 posted November 15, 2008 – won as the best article post based on the number of vote-comments.
And from the winning blog entry post, the recognition for most creative comment and valid entry was chosen. Valid was emphasize since contest mechanics should be followed. Some comments which did not have a corresponding email registration were disqualified.
