Bizu Follows Your ‘Desire’ [Chocolate Cake Series 3]
Desire no more, coz you can have it right away at Bizu. Named no less than ‘Desire‘, the simple-looking Chocolate cake from Bizu can strike it home on the first bite alone.
It combines milk and dark chocolate into a creamy ganache with kahlua and creme brulee that smoothly melts in your mouth. Sable crusted and topped with strawberries and chocolate nougatine. The kahlua reminded me of another cake I had a month ago.
It goes above the average sweetness meter but you wouldn’t mind this after tasting it. You would just want to forget about the guilt. Or simply cap the snack with a chamomile tea.

It comes in three sizes: the Personal (Image above with 1 strawberry), the Midi and Grande. They are priced P195, P985, and P1895, respectively. [P40-50 ~ $1]
